Our team has spent most of our Thanksgiving break working on our TARC and NASA SL rockets and PDR follow-up report. We’re so grateful to the NASA experts, our advisor, our mentor, and our parents for always being there and supporting us! Happy Holidays!

PDR Presentation to NASA Experts!
Our team (NASA SL Team LALC from YEA) presented our Preliminary Design Review (PDR) report to a committee of six NASA experts last Friday (11/12). We made a 30-minute Powerpoint presentation, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. It was our first time answering questions from a panel of scientists. Glad that we presented our PDR report, our courage, and our team spirit!
PDR Report Completed!
Our team – NASA Student Launch (SL) Team LALC – has completed and submitted our Preliminary Design Review (PDR) report. We’re now gearing up for our presentation to NASA experts scheduled November 12. Besides our NASA SL rocket, we’re also designing and building our new TARC (The American Rocketry Challenge) rockets. All seven members of the team come from different high schools and different backgrounds, but our shared passion for STEM has bound us together and propelled us to rise to the challenges. Great teamwork!
